In using this script you agree to the following Terms of Service and wave all liability on Daniel Slaughter LLC and its members and/or managers:

Accepting the Terms
1. In order to use the script, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the script if you do not accept the Terms of Service.
2. You can accept the Terms of Service by:
  1. by actually using the script. In this case, you understand and agree that Daniel Slaughter LLC will treat your use of the script as acceptance of the Terms of Service from that point onwards.
  2. by downloading or accessing the script.
  3. by viewing/reading the script.
3. You may not use this script and may not accept the Terms of Service
  1. if you do not agree with these Terms of Service.
  2. if you have ever been contacted by google for "Account Lockdown: Unusual Activity Detected" or any similar issues.
  3. if you are asked to not use this script by any member of manager of Daniel Slaughter LLC, Google, or anyone else pertaining Governance.
  4. if you are not familiar with the Terms of Service put forth by Google.
  5. if you are attempting to use this script in a malicious manner or for excessive abuse.
  6. if anyone, including yourself, has ever altered the script or created a third party script to hack the bounds of this script's functionality.
4. Before you continue, you should print off or save a local copy of the Terms of Service for your records.
Your Privacy
1. To prevent unauthorized copying and distribution of this script communication is required with Daniel Slaughter LLC's server(s) not located in or associated with Google.
2. Information which is sent to Daniel Slaughter LLC's server(s) contains, but is not limited to, your Google account email address for registration and license purposes and system information for bug tracking purposes.
3. Although collected, Daniel Slaughter LLC, will never sell, trade, or distribute your Google account email address. Daniel Slaughter LLC will never contact you unless absolutely necessary or unless you contact Daniel Slaughter LLC first.
4. Daniel Slaughter LLC will never collect your contacts, email messages, or chat messages.
5. If at any point you feel this is a breach of personal property you are suggested to uninstall the script or choose not to install it.

Google's Terms of Service
1. As previously agreed upon between you and google you must be aware of the Terms of Service put forth by Google.
2. Please pay close attention, in particular, of Section 5.3 of the 4/16/2007 Terms of Service which documents the means of automatic scripts. This interpretation is up to you and the POP3 Checker script may or may not void your Terms of Service with Google.
Abuse of Google
1. Please do not abuse the privileges of Google via excessive use of this script.
2. The suggested POP3 interval of 8 minutes should be the bare minimum and anything lower is strongly not recommended.
3. To prevent excessive use a minimum of a 3 minute interval has been put into place. This minimum does not prevent you from making manual requests frequently and should not be done in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.
Developer's Liability
1. Daniel Slaughter LLC takes no liability for you, your third party email accounts, your Google Account(s), or anything else.
2. If in the event of an issue, Daniel Slaughter LLC will not and cannot be held accountable even if directly at fault.
Donations
1. The minimum donation amount as of September 4, 2015 is $5.00 USD.
2. The minimum donation amount may change at any time without notice.
3. You do not need to make a donation in order to use the basic presets of the script, which defaults to POP3ing once every 12 minutes.
4. Once a donation is made, your script will be unlocked forever for the Gmail account the donation was made from. You will never have to make another donation again.
5. Donations are per Gmail account, not per computer/browser/person.
6. All donations are final.
Changes to these Terms
1. Changes to these Terms of Service may be made at any time and should never be considered "set in stone." You should periodically check these Terms of Service for updates.
