Pizza 9/1/07 3 It’s been hard trying to find salt free alternatives to delicious foods I once ate. So far my diet plan has been pretty good. Most of my meals consist of chicken, fresh vegetables, pasta, and mushrooms. There have been a few times where I went all out and made by own pizza dough and tomato sauce. Sure, it’s time consuming, but I feel amazing. I used to feel like crap by the end of the day, but now I feel just great.

Over the course of the last four to five weeks I have lost about 15 pounds. Come to find out salt causes your body to retain the fatty fluids that make up… uh… fat. Mostly removing salt from your diet can cause drastic weight loss with little or no exercise. I’ll start posting salt free recipes I create. My goal is to start doing this at least once a week.

  1. Congrats on doing so well!! I can’t believe how much weight you’ve lost – you’ve lost in one month what I’ve been struggling to lose since last January – I should cut back on salt eh?
