Google's Terms of Service
-
As previously agreed upon between you and google you must be aware of the Terms of Service put forth by Google.
-
Please pay close attention, in particular, of Section 5.3 which documents the means of automatic scripts. This interpretation is up to you and the POP3 Checker script may or may not void your Terms of Service with Google.
-
Abuse of Google
-
Please do not abuse the privileges of Google via excessive use of this script.
-
The suggested POP3 interval of 8 minutes should be the bare minimum and anything lower is strongly not recommended.
-
To prevent excessive use a minimum of a 3 minute interval has been put into place. This minimum does not prevent you from making manual requests frequently and should not be done in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.
-
Developer's Liability
-
The Developer, Daniel Slaughter, takes no liability for you, your third party email accounts, your Google Account(s), your Grandmother's well-being, or anything else witty and filled with glee.
-
If in the event of an issue the Developer, Daniel Slaughter, will not and cannot be held accountable even if directly at fault.
-
Donations
-
Any donation from $1-1000000000 is acceptable and the upper bounds is most appreciated.
-
Since Paypal charges $0.32/transaction plus another 2%, an initial minimum donation requirement of $1 is set in place.
-
Once a donation is given your script will be unlocked forever. You will never have to give another donation again; unless:
-
If less than $1 is given the "Donation" link will not be removable and the developer, Daniel Slaughter, has the discretion to refund your Paypal account and re-disable your settings pane.
-
In the event less than $1 is given as a Donation then a new enforced minimum of $2 is required to remove the Donation link for insulting the developer and infringing Paypal fees upon him since you obviously didn't read the Terms of Service depicted here.
-
All donations are final.
-
Changes to these Terms

Changes to these Terms of Service may be made at any time and should never be considered "set in stone." You should periodically check these Terms of Service for updates.
